Privacy Policy
Effective September 27, 2026
OpusPages is made by Focus IT Consulting LLC, doing business as Focus IT Development ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information the OpusPages app and the opuspages.app website handle. The short version: the app collects nothing, and your PDFs stay with you.
The OpusPages app
Information we collect
None. OpusPages has no accounts, no sign in, no analytics, no advertising, and no usage tracking. The app does not send your PDFs, your signature, your settings, or information about how you use it to us or to anyone else.
Your PDFs
PDFs you open are read and saved where they already are on your device. New PDFs, such as combined files, are saved in an OpusPages folder inside your Documents folder, or wherever you choose. We cannot see, access, or recover them.
If your Documents folder is backed up by Microsoft OneDrive, or if you save to any other cloud folder, that service syncs your files under its own terms and privacy policy. OpusPages does not connect to OneDrive or any other service directly.
Settings on your device
OpusPages remembers a few preferences, such as your theme and your recent PDFs. If you draw a signature, OpusPages keeps it so you can place it again. All of these are stored only on your device, and you can replace your signature at any time.
Windows components
OpusPages uses Microsoft Edge WebView2, a component built into Windows, to display its interface. Like other parts of Windows, WebView2 may send diagnostic data to Microsoft based on your Windows privacy settings. That data goes to Microsoft under its privacy statement. We do not receive it.
App stores
If you get OpusPages through the Microsoft Store or the Mac App Store, Microsoft or Apple handles the download under its own privacy policy. These stores may share anonymous, aggregated information with developers, such as download counts, ratings, and crash reports. We use that information only to understand how many people use OpusPages and to fix problems. It does not identify you.
The opuspages.app website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and it loads its fonts from our own server rather than a third party.
If you switch the site between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it. It is never sent to us.
Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to identify or track visitors.
Beta tester applications
If you apply to beta test, the form sends us your name, email address, the apps and computers you picked, and anything you write about how you would use the apps. It arrives as an email to beta@opusnex.us and is not stored on the website.
We use it only to run the beta: to choose testers, send you builds, and ask for feedback. We do not sell or share it. To be removed, email beta@opusnex.us and we will delete your details.
If you email us at support at opuspages dot app, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and to help with your question, and we do not sell or share it.
Children
OpusPages does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above. If a change ever affects what the app collects, we will say so clearly before it takes effect.
